Birk Venture is delighted to announce a new investment in the
Norwegian based oncology company Targovax. Targovax was
established in 2010 and is developing peptide based active
immunotherapy in the form of cancer vaccines. The technology is
based on extensive research from Radiumhospitalet and Norsk Hydro.
The lead candidate TG01 is ready for phase 1/2 clinical trial in
resectable pancreas cancer. The Company is located in Oslo and has a
close collaboration with Oslo University Hospital. Birk Venture is with
this investment further strengthen its commitment in cancer research
and development.
Birk Venture is taking one seat in the Board of Directors of the
